*The God Sufficiency*
2 Corinthians 3:4 And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward: 3:5 Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God; 3:6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.
You can always strengthen your trust, for the Lord Jesus Christ by getting to know Him better.
Which results do you want this year? Man result or God result?
Cultivating an independent habit of building your inward man will position you to be a better person, better employer, better employee, businessman, and all other areas of life enterprise.
Trust is a complete confidence in a person or plan. The better individuals in a relationship know each other, the better their walk or relationship solidifies.
Acquaintance with God (revelational knowledge of Jesus Christ) grants you liberty to access the riches of the heavenlies in Christ. No man connects with God and fails with men.
Job 22:21 Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee.
22:22 Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth, and lay up his words in thine heart.
22:23 If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles. 22:24 Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the gold of Ophir as the stones of the brooks.
Ephesians 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:
Psalms 24:1 The earth is the LORD's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
Luke 2:52 And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.
Proverbs 8:10 Receive my instruction, and not silver; and knowledge rather than choice gold. 8:11 For wisdom is better than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it. 8:12 I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions. 8:14 Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom: I am understanding; I have strength.
8:15 By me kings reign, and princes decree justice. 8:16 By me princes rule, and nobles, even all the judges of the earth. 8:17 I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me. 8:18 Riches and honour are with me; yea, durable riches and righteousness.
8:31 Rejoicing in the habitable part of his earth; and my delights were with the sons of men. 8:35 For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of the LORD.
*A free and willing supplier*
Don't be too busy this year with men at the expense of your quite time with God. Papa God is free and a liberal giver of everything to those who trust Him. If you have Jesus, you have everything. He is the only Just One God has, and God gave Himself to us, in Christ.
James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
1 Corinthians 2:12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
Romans 8:31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? 8:32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
*Cast your cares upon Him.*
Don't carry any load with you anymore.
Throw upon (Epirrhiptō-Greek) Him all your cares and be free.
1 Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 3:6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
2 Chronicles 20:12 O our God, wilt thou not judge them? for we have no might against this great company that cometh against us; neither know we what to do: but our eyes are upon thee.
Psalms 121:1 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. 121:2 My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 11:30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
*Love Him more.*
Let your love be stronger this year. If trust is strong, love can have a field day. It is not much about whom you know, but how much you know Him and love Him.
John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
Philippians 3:8 Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, 3:10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; 3:11 If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.
No wonder the Apostle Paul, by the Spirit prayed for the Ephesian church this way:
Ephesians 3:14 For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, 3:15 Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, 3:16 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; 3:17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, 3:18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; 3:19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
Anything is possible for a God lover. A love inspired by accurate knowledge of who you are, what you have and what you can do in Christ's salvific plan for mankind.
Isaiah 43:18 Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. 43:19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
Matthew 19:26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.
Mark 9:23 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.
Mark 10:27 And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.
Luke 18:27 And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.
You have partners and supporters everywhere. Look inside you. Partner with the Ultimate Partner.
2 Corinthians 6:1 We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain.
1 Corinthians 3:9 For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.
